Hotel Dhama Residency

Rooms: too many mosquitoes. Small rooms. Bathrooms are so small that if you sit in there, you won't be able to move. Location : 5 km away from metro. Staff: instead of making a photocopy of my id on the spot, the lazy staff takes the id and promises to give it back. These lazy people won't give it back to you the same day. Usually everyone forgets the id till next morning and it's left at the counter. I forgot my id there too. Owner of the hotel is so rude. I confirmed from him that he has 60-70 people's id laying there. Instead of giving strict instructions to workers about instantaneous photocopy on the spot, he's hoarding these i cards. What a shame.
