1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiveArti.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the other policies published on the website.
2. LiveArti Platform
LiveArti is an online directory and information platform. It allows users to discover, create, manage, claim and interact with listings and related content.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information.
You should not submit information that is knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent or unrelated to the selected listing category.
4. Listings
Listing owners are responsible for the information displayed in their listings.
This includes business name, phone number, website, address, description, images, services, opening hours and other information submitted by the listing owner.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use LiveArti for:
- Fake or duplicate listings
- Fraudulent information
- Fake reviews
- Spam
- Malware or malicious links
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal activities
- Misleading business claims
- Manipulation of listing or referral systems
6. Listing Review
LiveArti may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms, Listing Guidelines or applicable laws.
7. Claim and Verification
Claim Listing and Verification are currently free until 31 December 2026, subject to applicable requirements.
LiveArti may introduce charges for these services from 1 January 2027 or later.
Any applicable fee or process change will be published before implementation.
8. LiveArti Pro

- Up to 50 Products & Services
The Pro Plan is optional and is not required to create an eligible Free Listing.
9. Pro Expiry
When the Pro Plan expires, Pro-only features may be disabled.
The regular listing may continue under the applicable Free Listing rules.
10. Quick Banner
Quick Banner is a creative facility for eligible active Pro users.
It allows users to access, download and share selected templates. Quick Banner does not represent guaranteed advertising placement on LiveArti.
11. No Guaranteed Results
A Pro Plan does not guarantee:
- Customers
- Leads
- Sales
- Enquiries
- Search engine rankings
- Business growth
12. Third-Party Services
LiveArti may contain links or information related to third-party websites and services. LiveArti is not responsible for services outside its control.
13. Intellectual Property
Users must have appropriate rights to images, text, videos and other content they upload.
14. Changes to Terms
LiveArti may update its website, features, plans, pricing and policies as the platform develops.
