Direct WhatsApp Button

The Direct WhatsApp Button allows visitors to contact an eligible Pro listing owner through WhatsApp.

The feature remains active only while the applicable Pro Plan is active.

Quick Banner Access

Quick Banner is a creative feature for eligible Pro users.

Users can access selected:

• Festival greetings
• Devotional templates
• Religious occasion creatives
• Business greeting templates

Templates can be downloaded and shared through WhatsApp or social media.

Quick Banner designs are not automatically published as advertising banners on LiveArti.com.

Product & Services

The Product & Services allow users to add their product and Services.

The feature remains active only while the applicable Pro Plan is active.

Who Can Use Pro?

Currently, Pro is intended for eligible:

• Business
• PanditJi

listings.

Temple, Bhakti Sangrah, Travels, Profile and Event Calendar listings are currently not included in the Pro Plan.

What Happens When Pro Expires?

When the selected Pro period expires:

• Direct WhatsApp may be disabled.
• Quick Banner access will be disabled.
• Product & Services may be disabled.
• The regular listing may remain available under applicable Free Listing rules.

Renewing the Pro Plan can restore eligible Pro features.

Claim and Verification

Claim Listing and Verification are separate from the Pro Plan.

They remain free until 31 December 2026, subject to applicable requirements.

LiveArti may introduce a paid model for Claim and Verification from 1 January 2027 or later.
