LiveArti Listing Guidelines
1. Provide Accurate Information
Listing owners should provide accurate names, phone numbers, websites, addresses, descriptions, images and service information.
Do not knowingly submit fake or placeholder information.
2. Use the Correct Listing Type
Select the listing type that correctly describes your activity.
Current major listing types include Business, Profile, PanditJi, Dharmik Paryatan, Temple, Bhakti Sangrah and Event Calendar.
3. Avoid Duplicate Listings
Do not create multiple duplicate listings for the same business or service unnecessarily.
Where an existing listing exists, use Claim Listing where applicable.
4. No Fake Reviews
Reviews should represent genuine user experiences.
Creating or arranging misleading or fake reviews is not allowed.
5. No Misleading Claims
Do not submit false guarantees, fabricated historical claims, fake business information or misleading promotional claims.
6. Religious and Historical Content
Local beliefs, religious traditions and historical information should be presented responsibly.
When information represents a belief or local tradition, it should not unnecessarily be presented as independently verified historical fact.
7. Images and Copyright
Only upload images and media that you have the right to use.
8. Contact Information
Use valid phone numbers, emails and websites wherever possible.
Placeholder or obviously fake contact information should not be submitted.
9. Pro Plans
Pro access does not exempt a listing from these guidelines.
A Pro customer must follow the same platform rules as a Free listing owner.
10. Claim and Verification
Claim and Verification are currently free until 31 December 2026, subject to applicable requirements.
11. Moderation
LiveArti may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these guidelines.
12. Report a Listing
Users can report incorrect, misleading or inappropriate listing information through the applicable report/support process.
