Claim Listing allows an eligible owner or authorized representative to request control of an existing listing.

The purpose is to help the correct owner manage information related to their listing.

Verification is a separate process used to confirm relevant ownership or listing information based on LiveArti’s available verification requirements.

Verification does not guarantee the quality, performance, products or services of a business.

LiveArti currently provides Claim Listing and Verification free of charge until 31 December 2026.

This free availability remains subject to applicable requirements and review.

LiveArti may introduce a paid Claim and/or Verification model from 1 January 2027 or later.

Any applicable pricing, process or eligibility change will be published before it becomes effective.

Business Pro Monthly and Business Pro Yearly are separate paid products.

Pro currently provides:

Buying Pro does not automatically guarantee verification.

LiveArti may request additional information or supporting evidence when necessary.

Users must submit genuine information.

Unauthorized claims, false documents, misleading information or misuse of the verification process may result in rejection or further action.

If a verified business or listing changes ownership, LiveArti may require the new owner to complete a new claim or verification process.

LiveArti may review verification status when material information changes or when credible concerns are reported.
